The eyes, like the ear, requires a modulated and worked form of the light to acquire sense. If we perfectly stabilize the images in the retina, they disappear. This is a data from psychology of the senses. We only see change, movement, life.

Curriculum

Pablo Ziccarello was born in 1972 in Buenos Aires, between 1988 and 2002 he studies with Juan Doffo, Pablo Siquier y Diana Aisenberg, in 1999 finishes the painting Art Academy.

In 2003 receives a grant from Fudación Antorchas and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands for two years as a resident os the artists program of the Rijksakademie van Beldeende Kunsten in Amsterdam. In 2006 he gets the subsidie of fonds FKVB from the Netherlands.

He also have participated of several artists projects as the group Cero Barrado (1997-1999), Espacio La Tribu (1998-2002), Duplus art space (1999-2001), Trama project (2000-2005), and the Drawing Club in Rotterdam - the Netherlands (2005) and Tafi del Valle - Tucuman - Argentina(2006).

He shows his works regularly since 1995. Some works can be founded in the Museum of Modern Art of Buenos Aires, the Museum of Latinoamerincan Art of Buenos Aires, Museum of Contemporary Art of Rosario, AKZO Nobel collectie in Amsterdam, and private collections in America and Europe.
